March is picking up — but not in the way most people expect.

Inventory jumped, and homes are taking longer to sell. That’s a shift. We’re not in that ultra-fast, no-negotiation market anymore.

more options, less pressure, and a better shot at negotiating.

This is the shift a lot of buyers haven’t fully caught onto yet.

Rates ticked up a bit from where we were earlier this year — not a huge jump, but enough to matter when you’re looking at monthly payments.
