👋Meet Joe Zarzycki, REALTOR® with The Summers Real Estate Team.
Before he was showing people houses on this coast, he was flying MV-22 Ospreys in the Marine Corps.
That matters more than it might sound like it does. If you’ve ever moved on orders, you know the drill: you get a report date, maybe a house hunting trip if you’re lucky, and you’re expected to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life on a timeline somebody else picked. Joe has been on that end of it, as both a Marine Corps veteran and a military spouse. He’s now a designated Military Relocation Professional through the National Association of REALTORS®, and his service area runs from Southport to north of Jacksonville, covering just about every base community in this corner of the state.
He works all forms of residential real estate: buyers, sellers, first homes, last homes, and everything in between. As an active investor himself, he also knows the numbers side firsthand for clients looking at rentals or their next deal. And he serves on multiple boards with Cape Fear REALTORS®.
And when he’s not working?
🏚He’s dad to three daughters, and you’ll catch him volunteering at their school and coaching youth soccer. He also founded and hosts the Walk and Run Club at Outer Dunes Brewing here in Wilmington.
