Moving across country is not for the faint of heart and I am so grateful that they chose me to help guide them through this process.

There’s a lot of negative commentary going around about buyers agents, so I’ll just say this -

When you’re moving to a new state, having a buyers agent is absolutely critical. You don’t know what you don’t know. And you probably don’t know…

1) What areas of town you like
2) The real estate process
3) If a certain neighborhood is more likely to appreciate in value
4) The best vendors to use (home inspectors, lenders, attorneys, etc.)
5) Other factors you might not consider, like flood zones and proposed infrastructure changes
