We’re back!! I’m excited to share that I’ve transitioned from my role as Land Acquisition Manager at Forestar Group and have rejoined Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. My time at Forestar gave me invaluable, hands-on experience in land acquisition, residential development, and the entitlement process across Coastal North Carolina and South Carolina. Working alongside talented teams and industry partners strengthened my understanding of what developers truly need—from raw land through finished lots—and how thoughtful site selection drives successful projects. I’m bringing that perspective back to brokerage, where I’ll be back to focusing on industrial and office sales and leasing, as well as site selection for both residential and commercial developers. I’m excited to help clients identify opportunities, navigate growth, and create value across Coastal North Carolina. Grateful for the relationships built at Forestar and looking forward to this next chapter.
