Choosing a career with fluctuating income while building a growing family definitely came with some uncertainty.

After writing a couple offers during their search, they walked into this Chester County home… and instantly knew.
This was the one.

Built by the homeowner himself and meticulously cared for, it checked every box:

• 4 bedrooms
• Finished walk-out basement (perfect for entertaining)
• Over an acre of land

The sellers needed one thing most — flexibility.
So that’s what we gave them in order to compete in this competitive market.

A 5-month closing so the sellers could finish building their next home, plus a clean and simple deal.

The long wait brought a few unexpected bumps, but Lauren & Jason handled everything with patience and grace. We were so impressed!

✨ First Closing of 2026 and full circle moment ✨

Helping Kaidy & Alex buy their first home was extra special and here’s why…

They’re first-time homebuyers making the move from Virginia back to Alex’s home state of Pennsylvania, closer to family, lifelong friends, and to build a beautiful life for their growing family.

What makes this one hit even harder? Kaidy, Alex, and I first met in college at Penn State — long before careers, marriages, and babies entered the picture. Being reunited years later to help them through such a huge milestone felt like one of those moments you just don’t take for granted.

For Dan and me, getting to walk alongside them during this season, and watching our kids play together during closing, was the sweetest reminder of why we love what we do.
