COVID-19 Real Estate Update

We are now able to show property under the Vermont Governors Addendum to the Executive Order concerning Real Estate Activities. State of Vermont Executive Order Concerning Rental and Real Estate Services during the Coronavirus, updated April 10, 2020.

Real Estate
In person real estate services have been suspended. This means that we cannot show properties in person or meet with clients and customers in person. We will continue to conduct real estate services on line, by email and phone.

Rentals
We are unable to take any rental bookings for stays through June 15, 2020 and cannot extend any existing bookings during this time period. We are able to take rental bookings for reservations beginning after June 15, 2020.
