A rainy moody evening made for the perfect date night at Kipos! We started out with their brussel sprouts for our appetizer (10/10) then I got the lamb angolotti which is basically lamb ravioli. Honestly was a little disappointed with the amount of them I received but they were good, sauce was the best part, I think I’d give it like a 7/10. He ordered the braised lamb chops and loved them! He’d never had lamb before and thought they were really good! He was a little disappointed in the amount of potatoes he got with it though lol, broccoli amount was good but he only got like 2 pieces of potato but lamb was 10/10 for him! And for dessert, the baklava cheesecake, we had the pistachios and walnuts put on the side. Overall, it was good but the crust was pretty nutty, the thin phyllo layers were my favorite part but it hit the spot, I think I’d give it like a 8/10.

We recently visited Coastal Haven in Leland, NC so here are 3 reasons you should consider living there! These homes are built by McKee homes, a fairly local builder to the area.

1. They have brand new townhouses under $300k that all come with fenced in yards!

2. They have single family homes that are almost 2800sqft under $420k!

3. The HOA cost is fairly low - for the SFH it breaks down to $42/mo and the TH are $160/mo (townhomes require more maintenance and insurance from the HOA)
