I am a Realtor/Broker with Keller Williams and founder of The Domenico Grillo Real Estate Team.

Growing up living in both California and North Carolina, I have truly experienced the best of both coasts. My passion for being outdoors has led me to building a life in sunny, Wilmington North Carolina. Loving where I live and knowing Wilmington is a place with many job opportinites, events

, booming businesses, prestigious school districts, and is a great place for families, is what drives me to meet new people and not only be passionate about finding you a house but more importantly, finding you a home. Now that I have shared my passion, I will tell you a little more about myself. I started in San Diego, California in pursuit of a business marketing degree and continued studying business in North Carolina when I found that my true passion was real estate. I grew up playing soccer and still enjoy playing in my free time. Being a student athlete has prepared me to have not only physical discipline but mental disciplie as well. It has taught me to be hard working, persistant, determined and to always push myself to do my best in anything and everything I do in life. I love meeting new people and sharing what I know about the Wilmington communities and up and coming trends.
