Monteith Construction is proud to announce its expansion into Jacksonville, Florida, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued growth across the Southeast. The new office will strengthen Monteith’s ability to serve clients throughout Northeast Florida while further expanding the company’s regional presence and relationships.
Leading the Jacksonville expansion is Matt Brittan, Regional Vice President of Operations, who will oversee the launch and growth of the new office while continuing his leadership role in the Myrtle Beach market. With extensive experience managing complex projects and building high-performing teams, Brittan brings a relationship-driven approach and deep operational expertise that aligns with Monteith’s long-standing culture and values.

The Jacksonville office will allow Monteith to better support clients across a variety of sectors including commercial, healthcare, hospitality, education, multifamily, aviation, and public sector construction. The expansion reflects Monteith’s commitment to strategic, sustainable growth while maintaining the collaborative, people-first culture that has defined the company for decades.
