Severed 8 1/2 years to the day 🇺🇸

Went straight from cheerleading camp at 18 years old, to Boot Camp for the United States Coast Guard.

Did Search & Rescue and Law Enforcement from a Small Boat Station in Washington, from an Air Station in Oregon, and the from the Sector Command Center for the State of North Carolina.

Buying my first home in NC, made me realize that there was a need to fill. NC needed Veteran Realtors that personally understood, not only VA benefits, but the needs of the Service Members.

November marks 1 year for KBR!

As I am grumbling over annual renewals for insurance policies, organizing tax documents, itemizing expenses [the boring realities of owning your own Firm].... I had to stop, take a moment, and smile!

It's officially been 1 year since I started KBR! I not only survived, I thrived! I may have moments I feel overwhelmed, but the greater feelings are pride/gratitude/excitement!

Selling during the holidays can be difficult. Trying to schedule time with family, and fit in all of your showings, it can be overwhelming.

🔑 Key tip to remember when listing your home ➡️ Less = More!

Depersonalize & Declutter! Your buyers need to be able to picture themselves living in your house. So keep it simple.

If you absolutely need to carve a Pumpkin, I won't stop you. But limit it to the front porch and keep the inside organized. 😉
