Dave McCall Intracoastal Realty

Dave McCall Intracoastal Realty I am a native of east Tennessee and moved to Wilmington as a college student to attend UNCW where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Biology.

After graduating I pursued my passion for the sea as a custom boat builder in Wilmington. The yacht industry lead me to the Caribbean where I worked as a charter captain and sailing instructor and eventually opened yacht brokerages in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. Prior to returning to Wilmington, I lived in Florida where I applied my sales experience to the real estate industry working a

s a residential agent for a leading independent firm for several years. My business philosophy is based on the belief that face to face interaction with my clients is essential as it provides me with a clear understanding of their needs and preferences. With this information I am able to maximize my efforts towards achieving my client's goals. Communication, integrity and market knowledge when combined with a high level of personal service creates mutual trust and respect and this leads to a successful transaction with happy faces at the closing table! I believe in giving back to the collective good and have volunteered my time and energy to Habitat for Humanity, Lake Watch of Florida and the Nature Conservancy. My free time activities include playing music, creating original paintings and enjoying the great outdoors where nature never fails to inspire me.
