Councilmember Yolanda McCoy has partnered with Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware to bring information and opportunity to Wilmington residents who are ready to take that next step toward homeownership.

HUD-approved counselors will be on site to walk you through the process, and the City’s Real Estate and Housing Department will be there to break down down payment assistance available right here in Wilmington.
