Big excitement today at work! A vehicle was found in a pond when we got to the office this morning!  Attempts to pull it out of the pond were hampered by a gator, how much more Southern can you get?

In December, nearly 73,000 homes were taken on the market in the US! This was due to lack of buyers but in many cases, sellers plan to relist their properties at a later date, and the trend could be a sign that the desire to sell is stronger than it appears.

An increase in the number of properties being delisted could be an early sign of a weakening housing market.
