I come from a family with 50 years of experience in real estate and have been personally involved in the industry for nearly 35 years. I’ve spent 33 years in sales, sales management and marketing in the lumber and building materials industry. My vast knowledge of building materials, construction quality, general repair, upgrade, and home staging sets me apart from most. My wife Sandy, our two children, and I have lived in Wilmington for 17 years. When I am not spending time with them, I enjoy doing yard work, playing golf, and playing drums for the Wilmington-based cover band, Jack Jack 180. I know the area, I know the courses, and I know the scenes in our beautiful Cape Fear Region, and I would love to show you around. I bring a strong work ethic, knowledge of the business and our markets, and an honest, straight-forward approach to helping clients identify and evaluate their needs and exceed their expectations. BUT what an amazing new addition on Oleander at the batting cages - 5570 Oleander Dr. Used to have to travel to Market St to get one...Makes the Summer heat a little more bearable!!! Support our new Pelican Snowballs location in Wilmington, so I can keep getting my Ice Cream with Cream (condensed milk) snowball. Takes me back to my childhood in La.... So good!!!
