Before I can schedule a private showing and represent you as a buyer, there's now some paperwork that needs to be in place. It's part of industry-wide changes designed to make sure everyone understands how representation works and what services are being provided.

The good news? It's not something to be intimidated by.

A buyer agreement is simply a conversation in writing. It outlines what you can expect from me, how I'll advocate for you throughout the process, and how compensation is handled.

And if you're spending the weekend exploring Open Houses around Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Leland, Hampstead, or the surrounding area? No agreement is needed. Stop in, take a look around, imagine where the furniture would go, and enjoy the tour.
