🏡 PENDER PROPERTY TAX APPEAL EVENT — ROUND 2 🏡
After the phenomenal turnout and incredible community support from our first event, we are excited to announce that we will be hosting another Property Tax Appeal Help Event on:

Our first event exceeded all expectations and helped nearly 100 Pender County residents file property tax appeals — potentially helping reduce property tax liability by nearly $20 MILLION for our community. It was truly amazing seeing neighbors come together, support one another, and work through a process that can often feel stressful and overwhelming.
Because of the overwhelming response, we are once again setting up appointment windows to help reduce wait times and make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Our goal is to help another 100 residents during this second event.
During the event, our team will help:

✅ Research comparable properties
✅ Guide residents through the appeal process
✅ Answer real estate-related questions
We’ll also have:
✅ Atlantic Bay Mortgage professionals available for mortgage-related questions
✅ Goosehead Insurance representatives available for insurance questions
✅ Food & drinks provided
