Today was a productive day filled with purpose! We connected with many state legislators to gain valuable insights into their perspectives on affordable housing and the role of ADU uses and compatibility in various areas. As well as controlling growth responsibly, water access concerns, roadway, highway and bridge concerns as well as the budgets that have to be obtained to accomplish these needed and required goals.

Although it does take time it was nice to see people in action as well as how well versed they were with each situation. This allows us as Realtors to bring this information back to you the consumer. It also helps us to be away of proposed roadways, water system upgrades and potential moratoriums to name a few things that could potentially affect someone’s buyer or selling needs.

So to the staff at Cape Fear Association of Realtors thank you for all of your efforts today and this whole week for those attending the whole conference. Your efforts have not gone I notice.

To Deb Butler, Charlie Miller and Michael Lee that I was allowed their time today’ thank you for it was hectic and fast moving but non of you made us feel rushed.
