Julie Schuldner Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage As a Realtor®with CBSA, my goal is to help both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.

Prior to working in real estate, I have always had a passion for the nonprofit community, involving myself in volunteering, teaching, and community outreach throughout my career. I have held several senior and executive level positions in nonprofit leadership including vice president of development and communications for Alzheimer’s New Jersey. Before relocating to North Carolina from New Jersey, I served on a number of county-level boards that supported area nonprofits, including chairing the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Not-for-Profit Roundtable. My background in nonprofit work, especially in roles focused on building relationships and community outreach, has equipped me with invaluable skills relevant to the real estate industry. Transitioning from fostering connections with donors to establishing relationships with clients in real estate is a natural progression, and my commitment to personalized service and attention to detail shines through in my approach. My comprehensive understanding of the local market coupled with my dedication to community engagement and ability to understand the unique needs and dynamics of different communities allows me to provide tailored service to my clients.
