We are looking for a site manager for 48 unit Apartment Community in Chapel Hill NC. The position is approximately 30 hours per week. Compensation will commensurate with work experience. Duties include but are not limited to: processing applications by verifying eligibility, maintaining & updating a waiting list, executing leases-certifications & unit inspections, sending letters to residents for past due amounts-lease violations-inspections-or any other correspondence as needed, answer phone-residents questions & hand out applications to prospective applicants, etc.
