Today was perfect. We celebrated another great week with the best weekly meeting in the business at our beautiful Carolina Beach location. After digging deep on coaching meetings, I visited Leah Jordan’s listing at Kure Beach. It is beautiful house and a great listing. Then it was an afternoon coffee at Crush & Grind. The new flooring looks great! The day would not be complete without a stroll on the scenic Carolina Beach boardwalk. It’s time to get those carnival rides up and running. Clinton Roy

It’s good to see some updates to this form. We are in a two month transitional phase from the current version, which is a very confusing and difficult form … to a fresh new version. While it will take some time to adjust, I am glad to see the updates. Hopefully it will lead to more transparency in the process for home sellers and home buyers.

The newly revised RPOADS form is now available on NCREC.gov. You may use either the new or the existing form now; however, you are required to use the new form beginning 7/1/24. Review this eBulletin article for more details: https://bulletins.ncrec.gov/rolling-out-the-revised-rpoads/
