I have volunteered with several Habitat for Humanity Affiliates over the years. I believe in their business model to provide affordable ownership opportunities for the workforce, because everyone deserves a decent, affordable place to call home.

If you have been struggling to find and afford decent housing, and desire to be a homeowner, Cape Fear Habitat is hosting an information session on 1/28/26. Check out the link below for details.

Don't forget to attend one of our upcoming information sessions at Maides Park! Learn more about Homeownership Opportunities on Wednesday, October 14th, and about our Repair Program on Wednesday, October 28th. See you there!

It’s been a minute since I hosted an Open House! But I couldn’t pass up this adorable, fully renovated 1920’s bungalow in downtown Wilmington!
So, come on out tomorrow, Saturday 12-2pm. Can’t visit in person, comment “Bungalow” for the full deets!
