Home inspection for my buyers on this pretty little casa today. I love these older homes around Wilmington that have tiny touches of character like the mini moons in the shutters or this sweet little stained glass window, swipe 👈🏼. Adorable on the outside..doesn’t actually go to anything on the inside 😂. I learn so much each time I visit a property with my inspector - I’m so appreciative of with their attention to detail on my last few homes to really dig in and uncover the nitty gritty. It’s so important to know what you’re getting into when you’re talking about the biggest investment you’ve ever, or potentially WILL ever make. Here’s to hoping we take this hidden gem in Navassa to settlement and close! I’m so excited to find you your hidden gem 💎 next 😉. @ Navassa, North Carolina

Elle Design says grey on grey is out. Monochromatic..BOLD, is in. I say grey on grey all day every day (you’re likely to never convince me otherwise) but I sure do love a pop of color. does it best here.
