Just closed this great little farm off Sidbury Road. One thing that was interesting here, at least maybe for Realtors, is the use of a Buyer Possession Before Closing Agreement. In this case, we had an attorney draft a Poultry Possession Before Closing Agreement! You see, the buyers had an immediate need to move their pet chickens in before closing and the nice sellers graciously obliged! Here's a shoutout to Blueberry Lane Farm Animal Sanctuary for their kind gesture.

Happy to have helped this nice family get their home sold in Wallace. Did you know, The Wilmington and Weldon Rail Road (W&W) was at one time the longest railroad in the World? It had 161.5 miles of rail and began way back in 1840; Wallace's Depot was on that line and currently has an old baggage / railway post office car along with a box car and a caboose!
