Today we wrapped up our SECOND Pender County Property Tax Appeal Help Event, and once again, we are blown away by the turnout and support from our community.
What started as a simple effort to help our neighbors navigate the 2026 property tax appeal process has grown into something truly special.
Between our first and second events, we have now helped HUNDREDS of Pender County residents review and file property tax appeals, potentially reducing tax valuations by more than $30 MILLION.
While the numbers are impressive, what means the most to us is seeing neighbors helping neighbors and our community coming together to support one another.
We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who attended, shared information, volunteered their time, and trusted us to help guide them through this process.

Together, we were able to answer questions about property tax appeals, mortgage concerns, insurance questions, and provide resources that many residents may not have otherwise had access to.
This was never about selling anything. It was about serving our community and helping people through a process that can be confusing and overwhelming.
These events have proven that when a community comes together with a common purpose, incredible things can happen.
