What a wild few weeks it’s been✨

I’m so happy to share that I currently have four wonderful families under contract, two of which happened within 48 hours of each other…talk about a whirlwind!

It’s a brain constantly running negotiation scenarios like a real estate version of chess.

It’s shoulders strong enough to carry contract drama, inspection surprises, and the occasional “my cousin said I should offer $50k under asking” situation.

It’s hands that can:
✔open stubborn lockboxes
✔juggle 17 tabs of listings
✔text, email, and send a DocuSign…all at the same time.

A strong stomach for the occasional interesting foreclosure smell.

✨Pending sales are up nearly 19%, meaning buyers are still writing offers
✨Closed sales increased over 12%, meaning homes ARE selling
✨Inventory has grown, giving buyers more options, but we’re still hovering around a 5-month supply, meaning we’re NOT in a totally oversaturated market.

✨UNDER CONTRACT✨

Y’all….this one hits different.
My sweet friends are officially UNDER CONTRACT on their very first home here in Brunswick County and I could not be more proud of them🥹

These two are such special clients to me because they’re not just clients… they’re people I love. I’ve known Dustin since high school (which is 🥜), and watching him step into this season with Brittany has been the biggest honor.

Their journey hasn’t been the easy kind. They tried to buy up north during the wild West that was 2020, and that experience could’ve turned anyone off from homeownership forever. But not these two. They regrouped, trusted their hearts, packed up, and made our Carolina coast their home last year. A leap of faith that led them to this moment💕

And this time?
The process was different. Calmer. Kinder. Aligned.
It felt like the chapter they were always meant to walk into.

I’m SO excited for this new beginning, the memories they’re about the make and how happy their cat’s will be to have a catio🏡
