We actually ended up doing a handful of additional repairs after closing for this buyer, because their Home Inspector missed some issues that were concerns for the buyers. We weren’t obligated to, since the buyers had their opportunity to negotiate repairs during their due diligence period, but it was the right thing to do.

We strive to do good business, even if it costs us extra time and money.
