POOL SEASON 🏊‍♂️

For those that are newer to Breezewood... our Olympic sized pool is a great benefit of living here.

The pool opens *around*
April 15th - October 15th ( after health inspections are completed) 📅

We will be made aware of official opening date by HOA.

*Please keep it clean.
*Pick up litter.
*Report any problems to HOA
*DONT leave kids unattended.
*No glass in pools.
* CLOSE umbrellas after using 🌂
* Be respectful of others.
* Respect the pool hours

You need a key to enter.
If you don't have one contact your landlord or property management.

Pool openings and closings are dependent on maintenance and severe weather and dates may change.

Make sure to keep your phones charged in case there are power outages from weather( ice/ wind).

Make sure to keep your cars locked...numerous break-ins reported within 3 miles of Breezewood.
Also... a lot of scammers being reported of people going door to door with insurance or utility companies... be safe. Don't allow strangers in without verifying with company.

There has been numerous messages with people searching for groceries, Amazon packages and mail, and food delivery.
Please post these on the page ,not messenger, so you can locate items.
I know the weather is cold, so if you find something that is not yours, please post on the page so it can be found.

As we approach the Holiday Season, PLEASE make sure to lock your cars and doors and NOT keep valuables in view in your cars( purses, gifts etc...)
Also, help keep an eye out for your neighbors and watch for packages left by UPS/ FEDEx/ Amazon.... the holidays bring out the best and the worst in people.
