The colorful Kure Beach Village community is located across the street from the ocean in the northern part of Kure Beach. This upscale beach neighborhood comes complete with two pools, two tennis courts, and two clubhouses. Residents also have access to a private beachfront gazebo and restroom with a parking area for beach access. Because of the neighborhood’s proximity to the ocean, most of the houses are built on pilings due to storm surge and flooding risks. The Cape Fear Board of Realtors have released the sale numbers for March in comparison with the previous year. Prices continue to climb month after month, and pending sales are holding their own even though there is a more than 16% drop in inventory.
