Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)--to help keep homeowners from going into foreclosure; 5. HOP Certified for the City of Wilmington properties. I participate in the WRAR (Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors) board activities and educational opportunities, and am currently vice-chair of the Community Affairs Committee. I enjoy photography, reading, walking (with my Fitbit keeping me from slacking off!), and definitely music--lots of music whether live, or cd's, or radio. Volunteer activities include helping out at Habitat for Humanity, food drives for Mother Hubbard's Cupboard, baking cookies for summer Midnight Basketball, and making phone calls for my church's annual Lobster Festival. I have enjoyed living in the Wilmington, NC, area since 1981and love all that it has to offer!
