Over the last several years, Bryan has had the opportunity to work around the real estate industry by working for Homes and Land Magazine and then with the local Home Builders Association. This experience did not only teach Bryan the ins and outs of real estate, but also showed him all aspects of the building industry so when it comes to homes, new and old; he knows the business. Even if it does c

ome naturally to him, he also works hard to out-learn, out-hustle, and out-care other agents. He has been fortunate to learn from very good mentors over the years. He provides a refreshing approach to real estate. On a personal note, Bryan grew up in Ruffin, NC, where as a young man he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. After high school, Bryan went to school at UNC Wilmington where his love affair began for the Wilmington area and the BEACH. He now lives here with his beautiful daughter Mary Delaney. Bryan loves the outdoors and anything in or around the water with his daughter and friends. He enjoys running and swinging the golf clubs a “few” times when he gets a chance. If you see Bryan without a smile he is probably eating - his other love in life! Bryan brings a fresh and enjoyable experience when helping you make one the most important decisions in life.
