Great news for selling your home. Major real estate brokerages, with Compass Real Estate is leading the way in Private Exclusive options, have been fought by the big aggregates every step of the way. No more! The aggregates have a place, and have been a bonus to the industry, however, they will never know as much about your home as the realtor who lives in the neighborhood or area, works there, goes to same gym, or has friends and family there. We and the vendors who work in area, and know about the builders, history, quirks, and nuances of each neighborhood.
