BPG Sports was featured in the Delaware Business Times highlighting their continued growth with the addition of four new programs across Delaware. The latest expansion brings Bpgsports to 11 programs serving more than 4,500 athletes across four sports.

The newest additions include Coastal Lacrosse Academy, which will be rebranded as Coastal Elite Lacrosse, along with management agreements with Delmarva Rush soccer and travel baseball and softball programs Bagel Bombers and Lady Bombers.

“Each of these organizations has built a fantastic local reputation, and our goal is to strengthen what they’ve achieved, invest in their players and facilities, and enhance the experience for all,” said Steve Cavalier, Senior Vice President and General Manager at BPG Sports.

Portfolio highlight: Spark’d Creative Pastry Opens at Hotel Du Pont! 🥧

We’re proud to celebrate the expansion of Spark'd Creative Pastry with the opening of their second location, now inside the historic HOTEL DU PONT. This new location is a great addition for the hotel, giving guests and visitors another way to enjoy one of Wilmington’s favorite local pastry shops. ✨

Designed by Philadelphia-based Stokes Architecture & Design, the new Spark’d bakery is located just off the hotel lobby, with pastries, coffee and sweet treats available from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday and Sunday. You can still visit the original Spark’d location inside the iconic I.M. Pei building too!

We’re excited to see Spark’d continue to grow and are proud to welcome their newest location to Hotel Du Pont. Stop by for a sweet treat and experience Spark’d’s newest Wilmington location!

📚💙 BPG Cares: 8th Annual School Supply & Hygiene Drive 💙📚
Over the past month, school supplies and hygiene essentials were collected from across our commercial and residential properties to support Wilmington students.
All donations will be distributed by The Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League (MWUL) to students most in need throughout our community. MWUL is a vital nonprofit working to empower people of color through economic self-reliance, equity, and civil rights.
A huge thank you to everyone who donated, including our ResideBPG residents, our BPG|360 tenants, BPGS Construction associates, and everyone at HQ who came together to sort supplies. Your generosity will help ensure local students have the essentials they need for a successful school year!
