It is often why many people, including myself, call the “Port City” home. Over the past several years, the real estate market has seen dramatic changes, and Wilmington’s market was no different. As recent data has shown, the Wilmington market has made a steady recovery and has everyone excited. Born and raised in Virginia, I was brought up in a real estate family.
