Congratulations to my seller on getting this beautiful historic home under contract! This home is truly stunning and has been exceptionally well cared for. My client is beyond excited, and I couldn’t be happier for her!
I also want to share something that I learned along the way. While I was discussing listing with my seller, another agent reached out to my seller before an agency agreement was in place, assumed they knew who she had been speaking with because I do a lot of business downtown, and questioned my abilities simply because I’m a MOM — encouraging her to work with them instead.
Thankfully, my client trusted me, believed in my knowledge, experience, and work ethic and chose to continue working with me. I’m incredibly grateful for that trust.
To that I say — never underestimate a hard-working mom. We show up, we work hard, we hustle, and we get the job done right alongside anyone else. 💪🏡
