“How is the market”? 3902 Providence Ct. is a perfect example of “Well, it depends”... Every home I list has a strategy behind it. With this seller, we sat down and created a plan tailored specifically to her goals and timeline. We chose to launch the home as “Coming Soon”- not a strategy I recommend for every property- but in this case, it allowed us to quietly build anticipation while she completed a few repairs and I staged the home to truly shine. For 30 days, we built interest. Then, when we officially hit the market, we didn’t just list; we launched. Within days, we received four above-asking offers and quickly went under contract. Huge congratulations to my amazing buyers, Alison & Team, on the purchase of their charming bungalow in the historic Carolina Place neighborhood- considered Wilmington’s very first subdivision, developed in the early 1900’s! 🏡🌿
Their journey to this moment has been anything but easy. After losing their home to a devastating fire in California, they chose to turn the page and start fresh here on the East Coast. They visited Wilmington, fell in love with our incredible community, and decided to make this beautiful city their new home. And honestly… I know they’re going to fit in just perfectly. 💙
