We have had some already go and help with supplies and then I will be leading a small team to go to a specific neighborhood with a tractor to help free up driveways and cut trees, enabling residents to then better access needs and help each other. Between the rising rates and the typical slower season, we’ve definitely seen the market cool a little. However, this seller did great on this sale! By providing professional photography, drone shots, and fly-over videos, we were able to provide the full picture of what owning this condo will feel like.
