Between the rising rates and the typical slower season, we’ve definitely seen the market cool a little. However, this seller did great on this sale! It has been a crazy 2 weeks for Oleander Real Estate! 5 closings with another today!
I really enjoyed guiding this young couple on their home purchase in Wilmington! They had a unique desire to be in a natural setting; so through a lot of searching and educating them on the area, we came across this 13 year old custom-build that backs up to a wetlands / conservation area. This unique home is surrounded by Oak trees and comes with its own chicken coop 💪. They will certainly enjoy their morning coffee while seeing deer and other wildlife. So stoked for them!
