Keeping an altar to increase gratitude and mindfulness=be happier!! ❤️

I have kept an altar at home for many years now. We collect things on walks, from , and we repurpose bouquets such as this one from valentinesday

To increase moments at home, and add effortless practice, which are both powerful tools to increase longevity and quality of life, make yourself an altar! It’s also a great way to nourish the soul with some creativity namaste

I cant describe the joy of our tribe
When we reunite our hearts take flight
We contract and expand, the pulsation so grand!
When cohesion occurs between heaven and earth
And we soften the skin, and let the light of the universe in
There is no division between spirit and skin
The divinity we’ve been seeking, not without, but within
Regarding each spirit with unclouded sight sweet smiles manifest in ecstatic delight
Our devotions complete, we part for the night
But with each of us follows unshakable light

Yes! Rhyming is a good timing

It’s my deep honor to have found and be on this path, and my even deeper honor to share it with you
