I want to thank everyone for the happy birthday wishes, texts, and phone calls last week. I have the best family and friends a guy could ask for.
Also, I want to thank my family and friends for your help and support over these last couple of weeks. You find out quick just how important a network of friends/family when you have an injury like this. I’ve been one arm down, but I have had so so many people willing to offer both of theirs arms and precious time to help me and Lindsay get through it. There hasn’t been one hour of the day where we felt like we are having to get through it alone. I am getting better every day. My surgery went well on Thursday, and I’m recovering quickly. I think I’m just gonna stay in my lane and watch the kids play soccer from the sidelines from now on. I learned the hard way that, though I may feel like I am, I am not 25yo anymore.😆😆😆
