F*R*I*D*A*Y was a very exciting day for my seller who went on the market Thursday morning. She had multiple offers to buy her house! As a seller you want the process to go QUICK, and we made that happen!

FRIDAY I met a new client and showed them Niki Dr. They are relocating to the area and had not had much luck getting under contract. They gave me a chance to help them. They were pleasantly surprised when I called them 7 hours after meeting me to give them the happy news, UNDER CONTRACT!!!

I love my clients and I love working hard for the public!
2 under contract! Now let’s get these houses to the closing table!

This was a unique property with 45 acres of land that had everything my buyers wanted! Horse 🐎 barns, the community of horse lovers near by, and so much more!! I have loved every minute of working with this family and I’m so thankful for them.
