Last week, we had an incredible session with our Regional Tech Trainer, Cydne Seymour, for The AI Listing Lab: Win the Listing Before You Walk In!
Cydne showed our agents how to use AI to take their listing appointments to the next level—from researching the seller and property, to creating customized presentations, anticipating seller concerns, and following up like a pro.
The biggest takeaway? Winning the listing starts long before you walk through the seller’s door. With the right preparation and the right technology, agents can show up more informed, more polished, and more confident.
