Today I went back to my new construction roots and spent some time blue-taping a home for one of my buyers. 🏡🔵

The difference? This buyer lives out of state, so I'm not just her Realtor—I'm her eyes and ears throughout the entire process.

Every cabinet, every paint touch-up, every detail that needs attention gets documented and communicated because she can't simply stop by and see it for herself.

I don't take that responsibility lightly.

Buying a home is a huge decision. Buying one from hundreds of miles away requires an even greater level of trust.

That's why I believe my job is about more than contracts and negotiations. It's about advocacy, communication, and making sure my clients feel confident every step of the way—even when they're not physically here.

Today was a good reminder that sometimes the most important thing a Realtor can provide isn't access to a house.

It's peace of mind. ❤️

This absolutely drives Tom crazy when he looks at my phone screen 🤪Are you or ?

G had his Reading EOG today, so I made the executive decision that he deserved a treat afterward.

“Yeah, a treat for G,” Tom said with a knowing smile. 🙄😂

Burney’s is one of my favorite local bakeries, and if you've never been, prepare to exercise some serious self-control. The display cases are packed with cakes, cupcakes, donuts, bars, cookies, and just about every other baked good imaginable.

But the real stars of the show—at least in my opinion—are the croissants. Flaky, glazed, and stuffed with just about anything your heart desires. Today we sampled a cream cheese-filled croissant and a Biscoff-filled croissant. G chose a cinnamon roll that was approximately the size of his head, and naturally we added a honey bun for good measure.

Also, can we take a moment to appreciate the mixer whisk light fixtures? Whoever came up with that deserves a raise. 👩‍🍳✨

The bad news? His Math EOG is tomorrow.

The good news? Tomorrow is National Donut Day.

So if you see us back at Burney’s within the next 24 hours, please respect our privacy during this difficult time. 🍩😂

Happy Pride Month! 🏳️‍🌈

I believe everyone deserves a place to call home—a space where they feel safe, celebrated, and free to be themselves.

This June, I'm proud to stand with and support the LGBTQIA+ community. Love is love, and inclusive communities are stronger communities.

Whether you're buying, selling, or simply looking for a trusted advisor who sees you and respects you, I'm here.

I heard this was a trend. I definitely love coffee and making lists, so we'll call it good ☺️

Today was my first closing in general brokerage, and my buyers really said, “Let’s do ALL the major life events at once.” 🏡👶

They’re officially newlyweds, first-time homeowners, and soon-to-be first-time parents… because apparently free time and financial stability are overrated. 😂

Their closing gift was everything they’d need for an Italian dinner in their new home for their very first night there 🍝✨ complete with a bottle of non-alcoholic champagne, because if mommy can’t drink, neither can dad!

While we waited for the deed to record, G and I celebrated at Hereghty Heavenly Delicious.
I had a café au lait and blueberry muffin, he had a hot chocolate and cream puff — because if I’m going to survive closings, carbs will absolutely be involved.

Nothing better than helping sweet clients start their next chapter ❤️

Real estate has never just been about houses for me — it’s about relationships, community, and staying connected long after closing day 🏡💐

Loved spending time delivering giant Mother’s Day sugar cookies to some of my past and present clients this weekend. Grateful for the friendships, conversations, and trust that continue far beyond the transaction.

Thank you for letting me be part of your stories ❤️🍪

In my never-ending quest to become *slightly more caffeinated than the day before* ☕️😂, I made my way to Knightdale to check out Unhinged Coffee & Co.

The weather outside was gloomy, but inside? Cozy couches, nonstop espresso, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you accidentally stay for three hours 😅

While I caught up with a friend, not one… not two… but THREE giant boxes of baked goods rolled through the door. Which felt less like a coffee shop and more like the universe testing my self-control.

Meanwhile, Cody—one of the owners—had engineered his own DIY rain suit so he could wheel the trash cans to the curb. Honestly, entrepreneurial spirit at its finest 😂🌧️

By the time we left, the place was buzzing with young professionals working at bar-height desks, locals grabbing coffee and snacks, and neighbors simply escaping the rain for a little while.

Knightdale keeps surprising me, and I’m here for it ☕️🏡
