Quarter 1 Round Up: $654,025 in sales. 🔥

I came in 2026 clear, focused, disciplined, and ready to serve my clients with strategy, wisdom, and the help of God and with every win God exceeded my expectations.

From back to back closings to negotiating so well not one but TWO of my clients came to closing with $0 cash to close which means on closing day they didn’t need anything but their ID to get their keys AND they got money back at closing. It really is to GOD be the glory. 🥹

To know me is to know I LOVE sales and selling. I literally went from being a boutique owner for 10 years slanging clothes to starting a completely new career as a real estate agent slanging houses and trust me, being successful in real estate is no easy feat. This business is a BEAST! (But I’m anointed for it)

I’m grateful for every single client from those who have already sat at the closing table, to those who recently hired me and will be closing in Quarter 2, to my work in progress clients who will be ready by Quarter 3, and my future clients who are reading that haven’t reached out just yet.

As long as you stay embarrassed the enemy can continue tormenting you. We’re not doing that in 2026. It stops TODAY and we’re breaking off all embarrassment, guilt, and shame in Jesus name!

I’ve talked to countless future home buyers who are down in the dumps and feeling defeated because as much as they want to purchase a home their credit currently is in shambles due to poor stewardship, financial hardship, and simply just not knowing better but I’ve decided to do something about it.

See, I’m not just a real estate agent. I’m a legacy builder. I’m a solutionist. I’m a master strategist. I don’t quit and I don’t stop at “no” and I won’t let you do it either.

Hear me loud and clear. This is your last year in poverty. This is your last year with bad credit. This is your last year feeling sorry for yourself.

Congratulations are indeed in order on this beautiful Friday. Today I am truly marveled at God’s wonder. God is GOOD!

This has been a super special week for me for a myriad of reasons. Any reasons I care to share? I’m so glad you asked.

This week we hit 1,000 followers on Instagram. Thank you to every single person following, watching, liking, sharing, and referring. You are the real MVP. 🫶🏾

Not only did we hit 1,000 followers on Instagram but our Facebook community is growing too. Last night we hit 300 followers and I’m so thankful. God truly is better than good.

If that isn’t the icing on the cake it gets better. Today makes 1 year since I’ve been a licensed real estate agent in the state of North Carolina.

Statistically 2024 and 2025 were two of the hardest years in real estate since 1995. I obtained my license right after the NAR settlement where so much information had to be relearned as a new licensee.

According to NAR 75% of real estate agents quit after their first year but look at me beating the odds and remaining humble.

I don’t plan on stopping any time soon and God and I have a plan. I’m super thankful for everything I learned in my first year of real estate and I can’t wait to share it in the days to come.
