INCLEMENT WEATHER NOTICE

Dear Boulder Creek Residents:

As the cold weather season approaches, we wanted to take the opportunity to remind residents to take extra precautions ahead of time to prepare for inclement weather. We will continue to spread ice melt in the common areas such as the office, dumpsters, mailbox areas and sidewalks to the parking lot (but not in the spaces themselves).

But, residents should be mindful that if we have extreme weather, especially involving ice, our staff and vendors may not be physically able to make it to the property to de-ice the common areas. Residents should remember to take the following precautions to avoid going outside when it is not advisable to do so to avoid injury and/or harm:

1. Keep current about any impending ice or snow-related weather conditions and be prepared to shelter in place.
2. Do not leave your apartment and/or enter into the common areas if it is icy, slippery, snowing or unsafe to do so.
3. Purchase de-icer for use in the event of emergency should you need to leave your apartment. Always call 911 for any life or safety emergency.
4. If you must leave your apartment, take precautions such as spreading de-icer, wearing appropriate footwear and clothing and bringing a full charged cellular phone in case you should fall and can’t get up.

Although we always strive to do our best to provide the appropriate conditions for all residents, we do not always have control over our ability to do so. We implore all residents to avoid taking unnecessary risks and remain in their apartments until you are able to walk outside without risk of injury. Wilsonville Parks and Recreation will be hosting a Hunt for Cupid's Hearts from Feb. 2 through Feb. 11! Find at least 5 hidden hearts throughout Wilsonville to be entered into a drawing to win a Valentine themed youth prize basket valued at $50! Clues will be posted to Facebook and Instagram on the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 2! Only two winners will be chosen at random and announced on February 12! Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor!

Dear Boulder Creek Residents,

In an effort to make the disposal of your Christmas tree a little easier this year, Boulder Creek has partnered with our landscapers who will be assisting us in the removal of all Christmas trees. They will only be out for ONE DAY ONLY to make the collection, so be sure you jump on this opportunity. The collection of trees will be made on Monday January 4th at 10am.

Also, to keep the trash areas free of clutter we ask that you DO NOT dump your trees in or by the dumpster areas. We have selected a garage on either side of the community for the trees to be stored in till collection day. The first garage is #92 which is located across from building 28615. The second is garage #50 which is located across from building 28780. Both garages will be open and will have a “Tree Drop Off” sign posted next to them to further assist with locating the tree drop off spots.
