If you’re selling, buyers are absolutely still paying top dollar for move-in-ready homes, with the median list price holding steady at $669,900. But…and this is a massive but…44% of active listings have had to drop their prices. If your pricing strategy isn’t completely dialed in on day one, your house is going to sit.
