✨ Just Closed! ✨ Congratulations to our seller on the successful closing of her waterfront condo at Tuscany on the Intracoastal in Boynton Beach! She’s off to her next chapter in Reno, Nevada, where she’ll be closer to family — and we’re so grateful to have played a small part in making this transition possible.

Like any real estate journey, there were a few hiccups along the way (through no fault of buyer or seller), but with the incomparable Tyrone Gerry of Lexant Title guiding us from contract to close, we got it done!
