It is so wonderful to have a mortgage team on your side that is competent, communicative and works to serve their client. Here's the latest update from Adam Welch (Dripping Springs) and CMG.

"Mortgage rates trended downward last week. Home prices appreciated at a faster pace in January on both the FHFA home price index and the Case-Shiller home price index. Job openings were relatively unchanged. Mortgage application submissions saw a composite decrease. ADP employment increased at a slower pace. The GDP estimate for Q4 surged. Continuing jobless claims decreased while initial jobless claims climbed. Inflation rose according to the PCE index, personal income jumped, and consumer spending decreased. The employment situation slowed in growth. Construction spending climbed. "
