We recently were approached by a family asking us for help. They were about to have their house foreclosed on and they asked if we could buy it and we agreed to buy it for more than what they owed on it. We could have helped them have extra money for relocation. However, when we spoke to their mortgage company we were told that it was too late. The foreclosure process had already begun and the bank could make more money if the house was put up for auction. We were so sad that the family had to go through that and that we were not able to help them. The lesson to be learned is if you are facing a possible foreclosure don't wait until it is too late! Call us asap so we can help you! The banks don't care like we do!
