Amber Moran Team The Amber Moran Team provides Professional Real Estate Services from Buda to New Braunfels, Dripping Springs to San Marcos and everywhere in between.

Amber was born and raised right here in Texas. She has lived between here and west Texas her whole life. Amber moved to North Austin in the late 90’s and have been able to watch it grow and change. Then moved to Cedar Park, which used to be “way out there”, now just a hop, skip, and jump from downtown. She has lived there for over 10 years with her husband Daniel and their two beautiful children.

Now she and her family have relocated to Wimberley to enjoy all the hill country has to offer. Amber began her Real Estate career on the Mortgage side of things with University Federal Credit Union in 2007. Learning Real Estate from the mortgage side defiantly has its advantages. Having been a processer and having attended FHA underwriting seminars, Amber can help her clients navigate through the complex lending side and help them to avoid potential pitfalls. Amber is committed to educating her clients on the Real Estate process by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to reach their goals using her experience and expertise in the marketplace. Her previous experience in mortgage lending gives her a leg up on knowing how to create a smooth transaction for her clients. Buying a new home or selling an existing home can be a very daunting task. Amber is here to provide guidance, education, and expertise to each person she represents. Amber comes from a large family and treats each client like they are a part of that family. Amber has helped people buy and sell homes all over this beautiful area.
