Just a little something to keep in mind if you’re thinking about NEW CONSTRUCTION. You can still work with a Realtor® who will have your best interest in mind when going through the process. The Sales Rep at the model home you stopped to see while driving around over the weekend works for the builder…not for you! I’m currently reviewing 27 pages of a new builder contract to make sure my clients are protected properly. I’ve made notes and highlighted areas that need to be addressed in our meeting tomorrow morning before they sign on the dotted line. A new build can be a fantastic investment, especially with some of the incentives currently being offered, just make sure they know you have someone whose loyalty is to you!!

Where’s Chris? I promise he’s actually in all three pictures. Can you spot him in the crawl space? Today was inspection day and we asked Ridge To Foundation Home Inspection Services, LLC to handle it for us. Home inspection contingencies are steadily climbing closer to 70% of all contracts over this last few weeks, according to data from Vesta Settlements. Buyers are definitely doing their due diligence, but sellers are still holding a card by shortening the time frames to get things done. Do you have an agent that can negotiate the details AND who has a list of incredible service providers to make things happen in a timely manner?!
