Loudoun County continues to grow, and it’s not just about new homes. It’s about new places to work, shop, eat, gather, and enjoy the community.

Two updates worth knowing:

💻 Venture X has opened its second Loudoun County location in Brambleton. The 17,000-square-foot coworking space includes 85 private offices and five meeting rooms, expanding flexible workspace options for local professionals and business owners.

🛍️ One Loudoun continues its expansion. Arhaus, Alo Yoga, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream and Tatté are already open in the newer section, while additional names including bartaco, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma and Madewell are still in the works.

These are the kinds of changes I love keeping an eye on because where you live is about so much more than the house. Growth, amenities, commuting, restaurants, shopping and community all play a role in deciding where home feels right.
